Material availability, supplier delays, weather conditions and access restrictions may affect project timings. We will keep you informed if delays occur.
If you need to cancel or rearrange work, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where materials have already been ordered, custom work has been arranged, or labour has been scheduled, reasonable costs may still be payable.
For emergency work, urgent call-outs or work requested to start immediately, cancellation rights may be limited once work has begun.
We aim to complete all work to a professional standard using suitable materials and methods.
Any workmanship warranty or product warranty will be confirmed in writing. Warranty cover may vary depending on the type of work, materials used and manufacturer terms.
